Deposit Agreement

Deposits hold your pick in line for a future puppy or a specific available puppy until puppy is delivered/picked up. Your pick in line is based on the order received. Deposits are non-refundable unless the following occur:

• You requested a specific gender or color that does not become available

• The requested bitch does not become pregnant

• The puppy passes in our care

Deposit can also be transferred to another litter if any of those conditions apply. If a deposit is made, but you cannot commit to the purchase, you are able to transfer the deposit to another litter, but it will not be refunded.
